Do you have a PlexData shared folder so you can stop it now and grab a ZIP through filestation?

If not, a tar / tar.gz works fine. (after stopping)

To all who encounter this thread:

1. Working with Bill, we were able to confirm the version of PMS (1.23.4) provided in App Center does not seem to work correctly anymore with the newer QTS firmwares.

2. We upgraded to 1.27.2 and his machine came leaping back to life as if nothing had ever happened.

I will reach out to QNAP and see if we can get PMS updated in App Center.
(it’s quite overdue)
