(TLS) Server-side HTTPS connection support is now always enabled for signed-in users; plaintext connections will continue to be supported as well by default
To be clear, this does not remove the ability for clients to connect insecurely, it only removes the ability to turn this off as a whole.
I believe you can also include your device’s IP in the PMS setting to allow unauthenticated access which should give you the same behavior.
