Securing my Nvidia Shield Plex Server Data Directory

What would be the best way to secure my Nvidia Shield Plex Server Data Directory in case of hardware failure?
All my media are hosted on my NAS RAID and back up, is it possible to setup the same redundancy and backup for my Plex Shield Pro server (500 GB)?
