my plex server looks at my iTunes movies folder, plex shows movies that aren’t there (3 Women from 1977), when I try to play the movie I get a message “file contains DRM” How do I delete the my from plex, it is NOT in the iTunes folder.
Look at the Information tab (click the three dots on the left hand side after you’ve clicked on the movie) on that movie and see which file it points to, most likely it is a mismatch due to it not following the name standard - https://support.plex.tv/hc/en-us/articles/200381023-Naming-Movie-files
(DRM protected files such as those bought from all (that I know of) online stores will not work in Plex)
thanx, it was pointing to an extras folder of the movies Savages that was included in the digital download from itunes
can I remove them from plex, since they aren’t actual movies
