Seek issue on Google TV (with server and app logs)

Server Version#: 1.25.9.5721
Player Version#: nvidia shield 9.0.6.31998

Issue started about 2 month ago. When trying to seek back (10 second) video will resume 30,60,90 second later. So if video is at 5:30 I press seek back it will resumt a 6:00, and then seek back again it will resume at 7:00.

Happens on Nvidia shield AND Google Chromecast with Google TV. Can’t replicate issue on Android, iOS or chrome browser.

I have seen other post with similar issue in the last 2 years but no fix clearly.

1 minute before I saved logs I replicate the issue.
