Seek back issue (with complete LOGS)

Player Version#: Nvidia Shield 9.0.6.31998

I’m posting this in Server since I have exactly same issue on 2 different player. Server is running on Unraid machine, Nvidia Shield and Google Chromecast have exactly same issue. When trying to seek BACK (10 second), video will buffer and actually resume 1 minute later. When I took logs I replicate the issue reading this file :

At 5:30 I press seek back, progress bar went to 5:20 while spinner show and then show resume at 6:30.

Started about 2 months ago.
