Plex Player for iPad keeps getting Oops something went wrong

Almost every time I play a video in Plex player on my iPad it will jump back to an earlier point in the video. It will repeat this over and over. If I exit the video the Plex player will have a message that says “Oops something went wrong”

Allegedly a known problem for months that Plex has no cares to fix. I’ve made a few posts about it. If you dig into the forums others have posted about it. Plex staff have acknowledged one time as far as I can tell and nothing since. Really disappointed as it’s a major feature breaking bug. The only real solution for now is to roll back to the last stable version (before all the experience “upgrades”). There are some guides on how to do it if you poke around.

Weird thing is that it also happens with downloaded media..

When you say “roll back to the last stable version” are you referring to the iPad app or server?

iOS version, the client. It seems to be a client side issue.

From what I can find rolling back requires iTunes 12.6.5 and a Windows PC, which I don’t have.
