Video going back 3-4 whilst watching using 4G

When I am streaming with an iOS device using 4G/3G, the video suddenly goes back 3-4 minutes and replays what I have already watched but the subtitles don’t go back, they continue, desyncing from the video.

I don’t know if this gives you a clue but if I try to play them with VLC, connecting remotely to the server the video plays fine.

Server Version#: Synology NAS 1.20.0.3133
Player Version#: iOS 7.3.1

Could you reproduce it again and share the iOS app logs, please?

Also, could you try disabling Auto Adjust Quality from Settings->Quality and see if that solves the issue?

Thanks for taking the time to look into it!
Find attached the logs from the iOS app. It just happened (so it would be the last 3-4 minutes).

It only happens with 4G, when I am on a Wi-Fi connection everything seems to be working fine.

Tried it and it worked that once.
Tested it again this morning and it just kept spinning, nothing came up.
