Hi,
I’ve launched my browser a few minutes ago, and it gave me some interim page suggesting I turn on some new whatever (didn’t really look interesting enough) - I unchecked the box and clicked “continue”.
Now on any web browser (MAC, PC incognito or normal) I am seeing my library for a split second and then it turns black and gives me the “something went wrong” error message and is completely useless - Can’t even launch the settings.
Tried also the “native” MAC client - same thing.
How do I fix that ?
Same here. But also on desktop client.
We are looking into it and our web app devs thinks he is close to what issue is.

Same issue. At the moment the only way to use Plex is with the native apps.
it wants to open for a moment and immediately writes Something went wrong
As if something is wrong with the credentials
same here.
it throws a 401 to a required JS file,and then fails out.
Even when properly authenticated.

after updating the Plex app on Win 11
today, this shiows up:
“Something went wrong
an unexpected error occurred”
Can’t even launch the settings.
I found the way to enter settings you click on settings icon and then refresh (it works also for the desktop clients cause is a browser apps in a window). Please DEVS we are hoping you’ll fix it as soon as u can
I had the same, but now I get “No streaming services found for your region” instead. I’m in Europe. Shouldn’t this be available here?

Found a bit of a workaround.
Select Settings
Refresh
Turn on “Automatically Sign In”
This works for now, but isn’t ideal as I have two managed users (my kids)
EDIT - This does not work in the OSX app, as there is no way to refresh.
The web app at https://app.plex.tv should be updated now with fix for issue.
