The web series “Nostalgia Critic” does not receive any episode metadata on my server. Every episode comes up as “Episode ##”. The proper episode names shows up at https://watch.plex.tv/show/nostalgia-critic
I’ve moved the show out of the library, deleted it, optimized the database and cleared bundles and re-added it and it still won’t get the episode names.
What’s the next step from here to get the episode names into my own library?
What episode ordering do you have set for the show? It looks like that show isn’t listed on TMDB, but is on TVDB, so make sure you set the show to use TVDB ordering (Edit show > Advanced > Episode ordering > TheTVDB (Aired)).

You will have to set TheTVDB (Aired) for this show. It is only existing on TheTVDB at this time.
There is no other Episode Ordering available for this show.
Mine is set to TMDB but since the series was matched, I thought it would automatically match the order too. Knowing I can change the ordering, thanks to @DTR I have a few older shows to do this on that didn’t survive the transfer back then.
If the agent is set to TMDB, the Episode Ordering selection is not available.
TMDB and TVDB are legacy agents which will not be available for much longer.
I should have specified better. I’m using the Plex Series agent with TMDB episode ordering. I don’t remember this being an option to change when the new agent was released so I never looked for it. I only noticed this was an issue the other day when I switched back to a legacy agent to test something and multiple TV shows reappeared as recently added with proper episode names and lost them after switching back to the new agent.
