We are having a serious issue with installing the latest Plex update. The in-browser install method kept stalling at “installing update” process.
We then download the Plex server from the Plex download page. After completing that install, Plex still failed to launch. More importantly, we noticed that the version of Plex using the “About Plex…” showed 1.1.2 even though we clearly download the 1.1.3 that is dated August 30th, 2016.
Please help
