Server access on smart TV

My Samsung smart TV can’t stream because it doesn’t have access to server & the message also says I’m must make sure that server is logged into my account.

Please state the model number of your TV, and if known the model year.

If I’m not mistaken, that’s an 48" LED model from 2015 for the Asian market region.
The offical Plex app is only compatible with models from 2016 on. https://support.plex.tv/articles/204080173-which-smart-tv-models-are-supported/
And the “Orca App” which ran on the older models is no longer compatible with plex.tv due to an unsupported network encryption protocol on those old models.

Your options are to get an external media player, like a Roku, or a Chromcast with GTV, or a FireTV4K , or an AppleTV, or an nVidia Shield Pro.
All these external devices typically receive longer support and software updates than the internal “smart TV” platforms within TV devices.
