strange behavior I noticed for about a week now, with nothing on my mind what could have caused it:
My admin profile (Plex Pass Lifetime User) is missing the server completely, in Plex Web, AndroidTV, on mobile, etc. No libraries at all, just “Add Media”. But the account is the owener!
But the server is running fine! Another profile has access to everything (managed profile, no Plex.tv Account).
Even if I connect to the Synology and open the Plex App there - no libraries found.
What can be done to regain all my watched progress and everything linked to my profile (e.g playlists)? How can such a thing happen?
Hi, I am experiencing the same problem. Lost access to my own server, uninstalled following your guide and see the same error message when trying to reinstall and reclaim using the token.
How to ‘fix the DNS’ or otherwise allow Plex to communicate and claim? I’m not sure what that means
