Which web browser are you using? Did you enable any advanced security policies in it’s settings? Or did you install any browser add-ons? Is there a 3rd-party firewall or anti virus software in use? Any VPN software installed?

It doesn’t look like your server is connected to your plex account at the moment. (or a different account) Where is the server running? On a Windows PC? If so, try You need to reclaim your server, but don't dare to touch the Windows Registry

Ok. I have changed my password and gone through the procedure you linked. I still have the same issue though.

I did notice there seems to be a “Sign out and unclaim the server” option now, which I selected. It seemed like what I wanted to do. Perhaps the linked post should be updated.
