Server does not work after wake up via WOL

Player Version#: Roku 7.6 build 1

Hi,

I have an issue with Plex Server running on a Windows box that is set to sleep after an amount of time. When the box is woken up using Plex on Roku via WOL, the library is inaccessible until Plex Server is stopped and restarted.

I believe this is a bug after conversations with Plex staff via DM on these forums, how do I report this officially?

ok you said you determined if was a bug based on some discussion with an employee. I did not have that discussion with you.

Here is the original thread, apologies I assumed the reply was from a Plex employee. I have upgraded to every new release since January without a fix.

@BigWheel Could you assist please? Is there a workaround not mentioned in the earlier thread? Or is it possible to submit a bug report? Thank you.
