Server doesn't load Metadata (Poster, description, etc.)

I’ve got the same problem as mentioned in this thread:forums.plex.tv/discussion/303605/plex-suddenly-not-downloading-metadata#latest

My question is: How can I clear the http agent caches on SHIELD?
I’ve tried to clear the whole cache for Plex Media Server in NVIDIA App Settings, but that didn’t work.

Anybody with the same problem on SHIELD and with a working fix?

I had the same issue, still not solved…
I had empty the cache from application settings in nvidia shield, may you could try it.

Me apparently my problem is due to my ISP which is now blocking Plex TVDB Agents…
Solved behind a VPN, but no one working on my shield (L2TP)…
