Server doesn't work locally any more

Server Version#: 1.14.1.5488
Player Version#:android/ps4

Since last night my Plex server has decided to stop working locally. When I try and access on the ps4 it says it cannot find the server, asks if it is local, I say yes and it sits there waiting for the server. Android phone says ‘there is no internet connection’, there is, because the plex login appears without an issue and web works. I connect android to data and plex works fine.

I didn’t have secure connections enabled so I enabled it and now the ps4 gets to the user screen and hangs, freezes the whole app. Android logs in and works but seems a bit slower. I connected my roku and it logs in but comes up saying I am connected but through relay and to go to plex.tv/relay for more info. So I think both the roku and android are not actually connecting locally at all. - update, android is working, checked the bandwidth and its local

Port 32400 is responding internally and externally. The server comes up on the local IP in the browser fine and 127 on the server fine.

I have 2 broadband lines with 2 different routers, same thing on both.

I can only think this is due to 2 reasons if anyone has any other ideas please please let me know.

Either plex themselves are having a problem redirecting to my local server or my ISP has blocked something, maybe blocked dns rebinding, I really don’t know any more, I’ve been at it for 4 hours now, tried many variations in the network settings in Plex and don’t know any more.

Just need to understand why nothing connects locally any more when secure connections is disabled and if anyone has had this issue
