Not able to locally connect to Plex besides

Hey guys…so not quite sure what happened. I’ve been running Plex on windows for probably almost a year now, no issues. Sometime two nights ago I ran into an issue.
Locally, I can only get on plex from the PC/server itself. from my phone, plex will act as if my library is not there, unless I turn off my wifi and reload plex, my library shows up and works fine. Also, I can access plex from my.ip.address:32400 on my computer but not from my phone locally. Plex will show like red Xs on my libraries on my rokus when I try to open plex from there.
I thought it was maybe a firewall or modem/router issue (did a windows update two days ago, also restarted both my modem and router) I have completely turned off my firewall, no luck, I set port forwarding, vpn turned off…I really don’t know what else to try. edit also have had bind address enabled the whole time. trying to think of everything else i’ve tried from random google/reddit searches.

Plex Media Server Logs_2020-10-27_13-35-21.zip (4.7 MB)

Server Version#: 1.20.3.3483
Player Version#: 8.8.0.21200

most player apps are by default set to not allow connecting to an insecure server. So if it is disabled you can enable secure connection in your servers network settings and/or in the player app set the “allow fall back to insecure…” setting to on the same network or Always for your local devices.

just gave this a shot, no dice tho =[

which did you try? did you restart server after enabling secure connections or was it already enabled?

Misread it originally, I have enabled secure connection on my server, and enabled allow insecure connections and no luck.
Also, the reason why I don’t think its a player issue is because my phone app can connect to my server with no issue if it is off of the local network. I am only having issues with players on my local network.
