Ever since we were forced to change our password, my server has been unusable. It keeps unauthorizing itself and i can’t play content internally, or externally. The forum is full frustrated users with very similar issues. I have read dozens of posts, and i have yet to see anyone from Plex staff chime in to offer advice. Does Plex care? I am a long-time user and this very disappointing. I would expect better support from a company where i have paid for their product.
