Server install Refusing to update

I am trying to perform the upgrade to 1.13.8.5395. It wasn’t working the Web console install now. So I downloaded the installer. When I attempt to run this the installer tells me its looking for files in the c:\packagecache folder it cannot find. pms-shutdown.msi

I see this file in a couple of directories, but do not see the specific directory it is trying to find the file in. I tried pointing to the file I could find put this doesn’t seem to satisfy the installer.

Let me guess: you used CCleaner or Revo Uninstaller, right?

Ha…actually I would NEVER use such products! Those things are a nightmare. I think I’m more a victim of running Windows 10 Insider previews…
