Server is unavailable - Plex server crashing on startup

My Plex server is crashing on startup. Windows 10. Can’t get Plex server version since it is crashing. Is there a way to find it w/o the server functioning? I have rebooted PC and it crashes immediately. I have then tried to manually start the server, but it crashes immediately. I have crash logs. How do I attach them to this post? I’m a Plex Pass subscriber and this is the first issue I’m running into. I’m disappointed that there isn’t a way to directly contact any kind of support.

Providing logs is good way to start. Just drop the file into message box, will be uploaded automatically.

Bumping this up. Is there any way to get in touch with Plex support?

Mine is doing the same exact thing. The server tries to run a then shuts down immediately. The crash log looks pretty sparse.

Update to the latest server, 1.4.4 or newer.

Well, that was easy. I installed the newest version and it worked. I’m sure that I had just updated something through the Plex web server interface. Is that a different update? Why doesn’t Plex give us a heads up about these things? It’s not intuitive that we have to go manually download an update. Ah well. At least it’s fixed. Thanks!

There was a big banner on top of forum informing about issue with crashing and I think Plex also send email regarding manual upgrade.
