Samsung TV app update, server unavailable

Hi everyone,
Just to let you know, I’m a complete newbie to this, and when I mention server, it’s not mine, but a good friends.

I currently run a Samsung KS9000. After the latest Plex app update, I cannot get into my mates server. Before the update, I had no issues.

When I click on “more” to access his server, it says server unavailable, check it’s on, and connected to the internet.

I know his server is available, as I have Plex on my Nokia mobile, and Samsung tablet, and they both work fine.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, unlinking and linking, even being removed from the server and reinvited, and none of them worked.

Bit of a loose end now, how to try and rectify this now :sweat_smile:

Any suggestions if this doesn’t work? We have a Samsung UN60KU6300 and having the same issues. I can access my friends server on my computer, but when trying to connect on the tv it says it is unavailable. Thank you for any help you can provide!
