Server is unreachable even though it is fully accessible

Server Version#: 1.32.4.7195
Player Version#: 4.108.0
Router: Sagecom FAST 5364

  • Displays “Fully accessible outside network”
  • Port forwarding is correct
  • Checked that port is open (Open Port Check Tool - Test Port Forwarding on Your Router)
  • Secure connection preferred
  • No double NAT
  • Plex allowed through Windows Firewall
  • TCP and UDP port allowed through router firewall
  • No VPN on either PC

The remote access worked temporarily

Problem: “The server is unreachable” when accessed through a desktop app
I’ve attached the logs, but I’ve got no idea what else I could do - any advice would be appreciated!

Is that desktop app using a local or remote connection?
Does it work using a different client in the same network?

Desktop app is using a local connection.
Using a different client in the same network still gives me ureachable.

However, using a desktop app with a remote connection gives me access perfectly fine now? Which I suppose is what I wanted but I’m still not sure why trying to connect whilst on the same network doesn’t work

How is it not working?
Can you see/access the library but playback is failing… or do you get a warning that the library itself is offline?

It seems to have fixed itself? But before, I was unable to access the library because it said “The server is unreachable”

If you have any ideas about why this happens or things to try if this happens again, please do let me know.
If not, I’m not sure how to close this thread.
Thank you for your helo!
