What I can see from the logs
Server Restarts at
May 24, 2021 20:51
May 24, 2021 18:27 after what looks like a deadlock hang in PMS
May 24, 2021 14:39 after shutdown
So only suspect issue here that is visible in the logs was before 18:27 - the actual deadlock happened around 17:47
It is possible that another deadlock was starting at 20:51 but you restarted immediately before any evidence of it arising got logged
To investigate deadlocks, we need a process dump, a connections list and the debug logs zip. Best to capture the diagnostics from evidence when using latest version

Once you have the dmp file and connections list and logs, upload zipped dmp file plus connections list and logs somewhere eg google drive, dropbox etc and send me a link by private message and post here to indicate you have done that.
