It could be related to hardware accelerated transcoding (your Debug logs would potentially show this, if you have them). If you have it enabled, try disabling:
Settings -> Transcoder -> Use hardware acceleration when available
If that helps, try installing one of the Intel video drivers marked as “no crashes” in the table at this link to see if you are able to re-enable hardware accelerated transcoding:
