Managed users and invited users can’t see server libraries at all
Plex Media Server on Windows. Server owner has Plex Pass lifetime. Remote access works and libraries work perfectly on the admin account.
Problem is:

invited users
-
Plex Home users
-
and managed users
all only see Plex’s free “Movies & Shows On Plex” content and never see my actual server libraries.
Things I’ve already tested:

verified library permissions
-
accepted invites successfully
-
added users to Plex Home
-
created brand new managed users
-
restarted Plex server
-
signed out/in
-
incognito browser tests
-
confirmed remote access
-
direct URL attempts to server routes
-
server is claimed and healthy
Direct routes like:
/#!/server/DPANICSERV
just return “Not Found”.
Server libraries are correctly assigned under Manage Library Access, but secondary users never see the server itself in the sidebar.
At this point it feels like a broken entitlement/auth sync issue rather than permissions.
Anyone seen this before?
