Server libraries not visible on primary account

I am running two servers in tandem and for some reason both are not visible on my main account but all my users and managed accounts can see them. I have restarted both servers, made sure to update the server versions, logged out and logged back in but they remain gone from my primary account and still totally visible and fine on my user’s accounts.
