I have nothing changed at the agents… I think it is an access problem, because you can see the poster images are available and will be removed from the list. there is also an entry with a yellow frame and a check for the currently selected item…
this server runs for over 4 month and nothing has changed at the agent seetings

Ok, no need to check. if you have done a server update without checking .
i downgraded the server and still have the problem. then i opened the client in MS Edge instead of Chrome, there it worked. Then upgraded back to the current version and it works again in Chrome…

Well it’s all Alphabet Inc fault, Microsoft for once is off the hook. What a crazy world… Lol
Restart the server to get fresh logs created
Reproduce the problem - taking screenshots and noting down time it was done
and when you notice the problem - again screenshot and download the logs zip and attach all here with the details of what was being done and at what time
I just noticed this yesterday also. I will add that the posters are missing in Chrome on Windows 10 but if I open Chrome on my iPad (iOS obviously), they show there. Just another wrinkle. I upgraded to version 1.12.2.4929 on two days ago.
Don’t believe this is a Chrome issue. Because the poster images even aren’t available on my Plex Samsung App (on my 4k Tv) the same posters that don’t appear to be working properly when using Chrome to access to my server. It seems to be only be happening once I installed the latest Windows patch last week. Older movies prior to that patch aren’t having any issue with their posters images.
I will have to check again, this evening, but I am pretty sure that all movies were getting the same issue (old and new). The server finds pictures and fan art but you can’t change it and if you add a url, it finds it and displays it but does not show it on the screen, like the video showed earlier.
I saw this as well this morning. I do use Chrome a ton (Version 65.0.3325.181). I noticed that when using Chrome, posters, banners and backgrounds disappear. When I use firefox, they are there.
I posted this on the other forum. This maybe a solution. It worked for me:
FIXED! I had a hunch all of a sudden. I am currently running adblock through Chrome (win10 x64). I decided to allow “ads” on https://app.plex.tv/* and when I did this, I reloaded the page. All of a sudden, it’s there. Everything including posters, banners, backgrounds showed up. I’m wondering if AdBlock has something that might be blocking this. Now on Firefox, I do not have AdBlock on it and everything was showing up. Something definitely to check into.
