Locally, my server is working perfectly fine. Using the Plex app on my Android phone outside of my net work works fine as well. But I still don’t have any access to my server through Plex.tv.
I went over to my parents house, added them as a friend on my server, and had her download the Windows Plex app on her PC. She was able to access my server with her account and play movies. I then loaded the Plex app on her smart TV (forget the brand), linked it with her account, and it is UNALBE to access my server.
I’m sure it’s some router setting that I haven’t figured out yet, but I need help finding what needs to change. A little assistance please.
