NAS Plex media server suddenly not available on Plex tv app

Player Version#: versoion 7.6.0 ( new!!) android

hello.
i have the latest Synology Server version on my NAS ( as shown above).
However, the server is shown as offline on my sony android TV plex player. I am trying to access it on a different network. I think that means that i need remote access. In the player, the remote access is on. anyway i can check ?

or what other setting do i need to check on my router? or NAS ? to check on the remote access… thanks!
