Server not available in Android App

Player Version#:8.10.0.21911

I use the Android App with synced local files often when the server is already turned off. When I use Plex the next day (the server is running again) the App is not able to see that the server is running. Only if I completely quit the Plex App on Android and restart it, the server is visible again.

Anyone also has this issue?
