It has now been 2 days on plex keep on saying the server is unavailable. Not sure what the reason might be? Anyone else having this issue perhaps?

The private network address (IP) of your server is not in a range reserved for private use.
This will cause all sorts of trouble.
Do you have access to your ‘router’ device? Can you configure it?
Yes I do have access and can configure. I need to mention that is has been working fine till now though?
Yes, it can work. Until there are some problems.
Then it suddenly doesn’t anymore.
Therefore I urge you to configure your router and use a ‘private’ range of IP addresses for your private network.
If any of your devices has its IP address set manually (as opposed to assigned automatically by your router), you must access its configuration menu (before you make the change in the router) and change it.
