Not downloading Poster Art, Season Art .etc for a show. Only Cast Art which is odd.
Tried
Refresh MetadataOptimise Database, Clean Bundles, Empty Trash then re-adding media to library.Fix MatchTry to do the following:

I’m having the same issue, but only with some Series. Fix Match option is missing for TV Shows. I did as nibbles suggested and it fixed 1 of 8 shows. Please help get this fixed, I don’t want to have to add poster images manually.

UPDATE: I got my server running on my ReadyNAS to version 1.18.2.2058 on Sat that has so far corrected the rest of my shows missing poster art. I’ll know for sure once new episodes are acquired since they are ones I don’t archive and delete after watching. Here’s the changelog… notice first FIXED item:

Glad yours is fixed! I’m running that version and still issues for me sadly. A new show I added, grabbed Poster art for the Show, but not episode poster art/thumbnail. It’s available on TheTVDB 
Forced an update to see if my server just wasn’t picking up a new version automatically. Both issues still occuring, which is annoying when MetaData + Poster Art for Shows & Episodes are available.

I don’t know the exact timeframe, but was around when there was issues with Plex & TheTVDB. Remember a Plex Media Server build mentioning a fix, but hasn’t fully fixed everything for me. Like some shows download the Show & Season poster art, but not episodes. But then like Road to Avonlea where it’s not downloading any.

My test for dummy setup with an episode did get a poster
Lets clear down the cache, Also we will see if a rogue cache directory with name “xxxxxxxxxxxxx_attributes” will get created again. If you look in the
/config/Library/Application Support/Plex Media Server/Plug-in Support/Caches/com.plexapp.agents.thetvdb/HTTP.system/xx directories, you will see that the xxxxxxxx_attributes are normally all files and not directories. This was stopping old cache getting purged automatically and may be there is bad cached data from the time when there were issues with thetvdb

So shutdown Plex Media server
Then delete this directory
/config/Library/Application Support/Plex Media Server/Plug-in Support/Caches/com.plexapp.agents.thetvdb
and Launch Plex Media Server and re scan the library and let me know if any better. Do wait a bit after end of scan as some activity goes asynchronous - and capture logs again if no images show up
