Just had time to do this again. Unfortunately refreshing metadata on an indivdual show didn’t work for me.
Had to do the whole library again which is annoying.
Started happening again. Each time I have to deleted those files, but not the best solution. 
If you’re referring to getting poster art from TVDB, it’s been on the fritz the last few days.
