Server not loading on external devices

Server Version#: 1.15.6.1079
Player Version#: 3.83.2

Anyone accessing my server gets an error that the server is Currently Unavailable. On my laptop I can see my libraries, but my dashboard shows :

####There was an unexpected error loading the dashboard
####Please visit our forums if you continue to experience problems

My Plex Player shows:

Fully accessible outside your network

I’ve included my logs, but when scrubbing through them I found what I assume to be the issue which is:

May 21, 2019 19:22:16.375 [0x14be2b525700] DEBUG - NAT: UPnP, not an IGD: <http://10.0.1.200:8060/>.
May 21, 2019 19:22:16.375 [0x14be2b525700] DEBUG - NAT: UPnP, didn't find usable IGD.
May 21, 2019 19:22:16.375 [0x14be2b525700] DEBUG - NAT: PMP, attempting mapping.
May 21, 2019 19:22:16.378 [0x14be2be192c0] DEBUG - Killing job.

This is certainly outside of my understanding so I’m hoping to get some help. From some basic google searching I came across this thread, but I don’t fully understand the fix/problem.

One thing that is similar, and I’m assuming the root cause, is that I did recently run a second Plex server on my Network. I’ve disabled that network and it is no longer running, but the issue is persisting (so maybe its a coincidence?)

I’m using Unraid dockers to run my servers. My primary server is running on the Binhex-Plexpass docker and my secondary one is running on the official PlexMediaServer docker.

Because I’m running two on one machine, my secondary server is set with a static IP. That server (when it was running) wasn’t having any issues loading the dashboard or loading outside of the network.
