Server not reachable via web-app

Hello,
i’ve got the following Problem:
Since 5 days ago im not able to reach my PMS via the web-browser as usual.
i have tried it with different Computers (Win 10 and MAC OS 11.6.2) and different browsers.
When i open it via IP or via the link in my DSM i get to the “The Startpage is empty” page and wehen i click on “more” and than on “my Media” i get to the “get the Plex Media Server”-Page.

I have no access to the Server via my LG and Samsung smart TV either.

Only my iOS Plex App is still connected to the Server and there is everything ok.

In my DMS Package-Centre i restated it several times and i have updated it from 1.24. … to 1.25.2.5319-7000 in search of a solution.

I have checked all the rules for shared-file access for the internal user PlexMediaServer. All needed shares (PlexMediaServer; music; video) it has read/write access to it.

I have put the DNS-rebind exclusion for plex.direct in my route a long time ago.

I don’t know what else to do and i haven’t found a solution. I hope i haven’t overlook anything.

Would you please do the following:

  1. Stop Plex in Package Center
  2. Open FileStation
  3. Navigate PlexMediaServer/AppData/Plex Media Server
  4. Right-click “Logs” → Compress to Logs.zip
  5. Download that ZIP file
  6. Attach here please so I can see what it’s unhappy with

Hello,
I have looked in to some of them and I have seen that there are some personal information in there that I don’t want free access to on the internet. Is there any easy way of removing them/ alternate them?
