My plex player is not recoginizing my server. I am using a browser that is on the same computer as my server. I tried an upgrade and that did not work. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling. That did not work, either.
I tried using localhost and that did not work.
This is not a new system or a new device. It was working a week ago and nothing has changed between then and now.
On the plex account that you are using now, is no server signed in.
I am assuming that your server is still signed in to a different account.
That’s why you can’t reach it.
Either you remember the login data you used to set up the server
or
you bring the server into the plex account you are using now.

Thank you. I had to follow some other instructions that had me editing my registry keys. I appreciate the help.
