i updated the plex server now it doesnt recognise its a plex server and keeps taking me back to download the same file again how can i get it to work as it should please im confused at this and cant seem to work it out i have tried removing and reinstalling but still does same any help would be great . thanks

That sounds like you might have installed PMS previously under a different Plex account. Read https://support.plex.tv/articles/204281528-why-am-i-locked-out-of-server-settings-and-how-do-i-get-in/ on how to remove the old account information.
