Server not recognizing new Movies

Running Plex server Synology 1520+
Server Version#:4.66.1

I’m having an issue where newly added movies to my movie folder are not being detected by Plex. When newly added TV shows are added to that folder, they get detected instantly.
I’ve tried the Plex Dance multiple times to no avail. My movies are labelled as “Movie Name (Year) Quality”. This problem occurs even if I remove the Quality in the movie file name.
The permissions for “PlexMediaServer” is Full Control in that particular directory.
My old content is present and shows up. When I check to see if there are any duplicates, it says there are none.
What could I be missing?

Update: Now when I move the movie out and re-add it, Plex is then able to pick it up. Why is it when TV shows are automatically getting added there isn’t a problem yet when that happens with Movies, I have to go through this whole process? Any help would be appreciated.
