Server offline but it isnt

1st i dont know how to find the things asked for above but have updated everything that says it has an update available.

At some point in the last couple of days I can no longer access my plex server running on my Laptop from any of my phones, tablets or fire sticks, just says it is currently offline, still works on my second laptop and my samsung tv. I have paid for the android app multiple times so all my kids can access it on there tablets and now nothing! Any fixes??

Also when it was working volume was always much lower then anything else playing.

You mention it is “Offline but it isn’t” - do you mean the Plex Media Server.exe process remains running in windows task manager ?

If it is crashing then the Plex Media Server.exe process would disappear from task manager but other child processes may remain running eg transcoder, plexscripthost.exe, scanner

To start with lets get debug server logs covering time when this happens
Also if there is any Application Error / exception in the windows Application event log
