Server settings are unavailable

I have a similar issue on my server. (Mac, running latest Plex Server, only hosts, play from Apple TV)

With either http://127.0.0.1:32400/web/ or http://:32400/web I get the Plex logo and nothing else. I believe I’m on the current version, but I cannot check. I also get the same thing if I click on the Plex menu and select Open Plex…

If I go to that server remotely, I can log in, but if I go to Settings, I get “Server settings are unavailable.”

My Plex is currently completely uncontrollable. How do I fix this?

That was with Safari. If I use Firefox, I can log in, but cannot do anything as I get “An unexpected error is impacting the navigation bar”
