If you found this command, you were definitely on the wrong support article (one that targets a much older server version).
Use only this one: https://support.plex.tv/articles/repair-a-corrupted-database/
and perform the steps of the “low-level database recovery”.
Yes I used that article too. I used that command to remove the error I was getting. Either way none proved to be successful in repairing. I ultimately have made the decision to wipe it and start over.
