Server Settings: No "LIve TV & DVR" Option

PMS 1.4.3.3433 (How do I upgrade to latest?)

Signed up for monthly Plex Pass. When I launch Plex on web, and go to Settings , Server, the “Live TV & DVR” option does not show. Please advise.

go to the play store on device > My Apps and update, or on your computer go to https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.plexapp.mediaserver.smb and hit install and select your shield to push it.

I just updated the Plex app on my Shield to 6.9.x. How can I update the media server version?

To add to the confusion, I also have a PMS on my Win10 Desktop running v1.9.7.4460. My preference is to remove the PMS on my desktop and only run PMS on my Nvidia Shield with the latest update.

@BigWheel provided a link directly to the Plex Media Server in the Google App Store. Click the link provided on your computer, login to the app store and click the install button to install the latest Plex Media Server. The Shield comes with the old version preinstalled.

@BigWheel comment solved it. I was updating the Plex client app on the Shield and not the PMS app. Once updated, the Live TV & DVR options appeared. Thanks!
