Server settings not available

I had problems wih the movie agents not matching newly added movies wich seemed to happen after updating to the latest version of plex media server (1.15.3.876). So i decided to uninstall this version and go back to the previous version, but ever since I have the problem of not being able to open the server settings, this gives me the error “Server Settings not available”.
Also reverting back to the newest version still gives me this error

I tried different options including adding a registry key under Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Plex, Inc.\Plex Media Server\ to my localappdatapath a sis mentioned in another post concerning this error

But nothing seems to be working.
I also noticed when trying to manually match movie data by the match funtion, the agent selection shows “loading” wich means it cant find the plex movie agents.

I have included the server log hoping someone can help me out.

I’m having the same issue as you. “Server Setting not available”

I removed my last comment.
In the end it was my vpn connection wich somehow prevented me from entering the settings page.
It works normally now.!
