I cannot access any of the server settings. I try to and I get “Server Settings Unavailable”. I have tried installing the newest PMS, but QNAP only gets about 45% complete with the install and says there is a file error, I’ve downloaded the file several different times and reset the QNAP several times and nothing seems to work. This is driving me nuts.
Give this a shot and see where we stand.
it’s the softest form of “reset”. This user is getting a permission denied whereas you’re being ignored. In both cases, ownership credentials at the server have been compromised.
Its actually worse now. I get everything done and go to claim it and it says “Server settings unavailable” now its accessible to no one.
