- You can manually retrieve the server logs from the Plex Data Folder.
If you’ve never looked at the log files before,Plex Media Server.log
(and .1 to .5) are a good place to start.
Alternately, ZIP the entire log folder and attach to the thread.
- Check for database corruption. See Repair a Corrupted Database.
If the database is corrupt, follow the repair procedure in the document. You can also try restoring from a backup. See Restore a Database Backed Up via ‘Scheduled Tasks’. Test the backup for corruption before using it with your server.
