Server Settings Unavailable

i can’t seem to get into any server settings. Message on screen is ‘Server settings are Unavailable’
I’ve tried stopping/restarting server which is hosted on Shield TV Pro (2017). New media scans but won’t match - can’t even get the agents to load. I can see my libraries and stream content but is VERY slow. - takes up to a minute to start streaming. Any advice is appreciated.

note: i also run an EMby server and it has no issues so im pretty sure the server and network are fine.

Was able to get this working again by updating to the latest server which i thought i was at. Still says version 1.13.8.5395 but there was an ‘update’ notice so not sure what was changed. Either way its now working again. Too bad support is non-existent.
