Server Settings Unavailable

Server Version#: 1.24.0.4930-ab6e1a058 - FreeBSD PC amd64
Player Version#: 4.59.2 (local) and 4.63.0 (plex.tv)

My Server Settings are no longer available. I’ve tried the process here:
Server settings are unavailable - Plex Media Server / Desktops & Laptops - Plex Forum, but no luck.

Any help would be appreciated.

Still no joy. I’ve tried deleting stuff the Preferences.xml but can’t successfully claim the sever from the web interface. I was able to claim it from the android client, but still can’t access settings
