I’ve tried upgrading and downgrading.

I’ve done clean installs by wiping everything aside from an OS install.

No matter what I do plex ends up breaking. I’ll freshly install a PMS install and try to get everything working as quickly as possible. Looks like everything is working, GREAT, let me make sure that my VPN and firewall aren’t blocking plex and, now I’m hit with a server setting is unavaible.

This makes it so I’m unable to have plex function until I do a reinstall, and then it only works for a few moments, until I’m met with that same message.

I’d very much like to see how I can resolve this. I have been a long-time plex user and this is the most issue I’ve had with this service.

I think I was able to find it out.

Plex breaks when you try to have it bypass your VPN. I’m using surfshark to be specific/

The one time I haven’t ported it through my VPN settings it’s been working for 2 days straight, a new record.

Now I’m getting a new issue. Trying to launch plex through the media server gives me a problem loading page response.

Actually it look slike trying to use any sort of tunnel function, even when not directed at plex, breaks it.
