Your server logs might show what’s going wrong. As the server itself got stuck during setup you’ll need to collect the log files manually (see procedure described in the link above).

Same issue for me. I had to install an older version (1.30.2.6563) to setup my new server.

na, installed 1.29.2.6364 and it worked great. after the install, I let it update and now everything is working as it should.
